Tyler Wolf

Tyler Wolf has over 16 years of work experience, primarily in the software and solutions industry. Tyler is currently the Director of NA Products and Solutions at ARCA, starting in August 2022. In this role, they are responsible for expanding the company's software and solutions offerings. Prior to this, they were a Solutions Product Manager at ARCA from July 2021 to August 2022. In this position, they developed offering roadmaps, led value proposition definition, pricing and positioning strategies, and supported product deployment, sales training, and marketing efforts. Before joining ARCA, they worked at Balance Innovations, a Brink's Division, from 2005 to 2021. During their time there, they held various roles including Director of New Solution Development, Product Manager, Director of Implementation, Training, and Sales Support, and Project Relations Manager.

Tyler Wolf completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership and Organizational Health from the University of Saint Mary, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer and Information Systems from Emporia State University, which they attended from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained a certification in the Pragmatic Marketing Framework from Pragmatic Marketing in October 2013.
