Head of Customer Success at Arcade

Nguhi Ross has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Nguhi began as a Field Organizer for Martha Coakley for Governor, then moved into a Research Intern role at Georgetown University in 2015. In 2014, they were an Event Coordinator for Occidental College Programming Board and a SAT Tutor and Mentor & Campus Recruitment Director for CollegeSpring. In 2017, they worked as a Specialist Sales for Nespresso by Nestlé. Nguhi then became a Residential Account Manager for ABC Home and Commercial Services of DFW, Inc. in 2018. In 2019, they held a Business Development Representative role at RealPage, Inc. In 2020, they were a Customer Success Manager and Business Development Representative at SPOTIO. Finally, in 2022, they became a Customer Success Manager at Sisu, and in 2023 they moved into the role of Head of Customer Success at Arcade.

Nguhi Ross attended Occidental College where they studied Politics and The Hockaday School.
