Wei Sun is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Arcade since February 2025. Previously, Wei held the positions of CEO and CTO at Upduo from April 2020 to February 2025. Wei's early career includes contributions as an iOS Motion Engineer at Apple from 2015 to 2017, focusing on health and fitness motion technologies. Wei's academic background encompasses a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree from UCLA, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. While at UCLA, Wei developed innovative thermal energy harvesting devices and characterized advanced magnetic materials.
