Dan Spira

Daniel Spira serves as the Managing Director for North America at Arcadia Consulting, overseeing a consultancy that focuses on sustainable behavioral and cultural change. Spira has had a diverse career, previously working as a Leadership, Talent & Business Development Specialist from 2009 to 2019, helping organizations enhance their human capital for revenue growth and effectiveness. Prior experience includes roles at rogenSi, where Spira advanced from Consultant to Director of Leadership & Learning, managing client relationships and leading global projects. An e-commerce consultant from 2006 to 2008, Spira co-founded Barewalls Interactive Art, significantly growing the company before its sale and previously co-founding Atelier Coup, a design studio. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Instructional Design from UMass Boston and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from McGill University.
