Darrell Burberry

Darrell Burberry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and organizational development. As the Owner of Fourth Step Consulting since May 2012, Darrell focuses on enabling resourcefulness and creativity to achieve exceptional business results. Prior to this, Darrell served as Managing Director for SCL EMEA from October 2010 to April 2012, leading a specialized communication training and consulting firm. Additional experience includes the role of Director of Leadership, Coaching and OD at Zircon Management Consulting Ltd from March 2009 to October 2010, where the emphasis was on defining effective leadership and organizational strategies for competitive advantage. Darrell's earlier career includes positions as HR Director and Talent Management Director for EMEA at American Express from July 2002 to April 2009, and Management Development & HR Manager at Legal & General from 1988 to 1999. Educational qualifications include studies at Guardian Business School and SHL, among others.
