Rick Olin

Rick Olin currently serves as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Arcadia since June 2023, acting as the chief legal officer and leading corporate development initiatives. Previously, Rick M. Olin was a Principal at GTC Law Group from November 2012 to June 2023, specializing in transactional matters, compliance areas, and general business counseling for clients in technology, healthtech, and media. Earlier roles include Vice President and General Counsel at TechTarget, Inc., and General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Workscape, among other legal positions in reputable organizations. Rick Olin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law, a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University.
