Robert MacKay

Robert Mackay is an accomplished author and experienced public relations professional with a strong background in journalism. Currently, Robert serves as the Director of Public Relations, Marketing & Tourism at the Queens Economic Development Corporation, a role held since 2011, which includes website management, event promotion, and media relations. As an author, Robert has contributed to Arcadia Publishing, writing two books on historic houses in Queens. Previous experience includes serving as Editor for Verdict Search at Incisive Media, where responsibilities encompassed editing content and managing reporters, and as an Editor/Reporter at Times Newsweekly, covering various community issues. Robert's educational background includes a degree from St. Ann's School.
