John Tucker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Data Analytics at Arcadia since September 2021, John applies expertise in electricity pricing, renewables, and API integrations to enhance the Arc platform. Previous roles include Vice President of Data & Operations at Genability, where John coordinated customer implementations and managed a diverse team, and Director of Product Management at Andiamo Systems, focusing on SaaS solutions for major brands. John began their career in operations management and customer service across various companies, building a solid foundation in data management and client relations. John holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Dayton.
