Libby Schmidt

Libby Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Libby most recently worked at Arcadia as the Director of Business Delivery Optimization and previously held the position of Senior Program Manager. Prior to that, Libby worked at UW Health as a Senior Project Manager. Libby gained extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager at NeuGen from 2014 to 2022. Libby also had a significant tenure at Epic, where they served as a Team Leader and an Implementation Coordinator/Project Manager. Their early career included internships at the United States House of Representatives and the Labour Party.

Libby Schmidt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Lawrence University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications as a Professional Scrum Master II from Scrum.org in 2021 and as a PMP from the Project Management Institute in 2015.
