Tessa Mettel, CPP, is a seasoned payroll accounting professional with extensive experience in payroll processing, accounting, and financial management across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Payroll Accounting Manager at Arcadia, Tessa has previously held significant roles, including Senior Accountant at ABOUT and Aero Systems Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed multi-state payroll processing, benefit file reconciliation, and financial reporting. With a robust background in accounting frameworks, Tessa has demonstrated expertise in payroll systems such as ADP and Paylocity, as well as proficiency in general ledger reconciliation, budgeting, and audit preparation throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades. Tessa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance with an IT minor, along with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, from Southern New Hampshire University.
