Vignesh Balan

Vignesh Balan has a strong work experience in the field of project management and data analysis. Vignesh started their career as a System Engineer(IT) at Polaris Financial Technology Limited in May 2013 and worked until October 2013. Vignesh then joined Urjanet in January 2014 as a Data Analyst and worked in that role until December 2015. Vignesh was promoted to the position of Senior Data Analyst in January 2016 and worked in that role until March 2018. From March 2018 to August 2021, Vignesh served as a Team Lead at Urjanet. Vignesh then took up the role of Project Lead from September 2021 to May 2022. Currently, Vignesh is working as a Project Lead at Arcadia starting from May 2022.

Vignesh Balan completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Technology during the period of 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Benchmark Six Sigma in 2021.
