Ilya Kolb

Ilya Kolb is a Senior Manager of Discovery Projects at Arcadia Science, where they focus on developing tools that enhance the understanding of complex biological processes. Previously, they served as the Director of High-throughput Screening at Aromyx Corporation and held several roles at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, including Research Specialist and Research and Innovation Manager. Ilya earned their BS, MS, and PhD in Biomedical Engineering with an emphasis on neuroscience from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they developed patented technologies in high-throughput screening and neuro-robotics. They have extensive experience in project management, scientific team leadership, and software development and have contributed to patented tools used worldwide in microscopy and electrophysiology.
