Albert Tsen is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in structural engineering, particularly in bridge design. Tsen currently serves as an Associate Technical Director and Principal Structural Engineer at Arcadis since September 2021, previously holding a similar position at AECOM from October 2019 to August 2021. Prior to these roles, Tsen contributed to the design and assessment of civil and water structures as a Structural Engineer at Aurecon Australia Pty Ltd from February 2008 to October 2019, and began the career as a Graduate Structural Engineer at MWH Australia Pty Ltd from February 2006 to February 2008. Tsen holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Structures from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Monash University.
