Amy Carter

Amy Carter is the Pursuits Lead for Water Management at Arcadis, where they manage the development of pursuits and ensure adherence to governance processes while leveraging their expertise in commercial, stakeholder management, and technical areas. They previously served in various engineering roles at Arcadis, progressing from Student Engineer to Principal Engineer, and have also held the title of Research Assistant at the University of Leeds, focusing on optimizing concrete mix design for lower embodied carbon. Amy holds a Master’s degree in International Construction Management and Engineering from the University of Leeds, along with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a degree in Chemistry from the same institution. Additionally, they have a diploma in Mandarin from East China Normal University and completed a Study Abroad year at the University of Valencia.
