Ash Pender

Ash Pender is a Principal Structural Engineer at Arcadis, where they serve as the Civil Structures Discipline Lead 2IC, overseeing the management and development of engineers and leading structures design for project delivery. Previously, Ash worked as a Senior Structural Engineer and Bridge Engineer, with experience spanning civil design, forensic investigations, and transport infrastructure. Ash began their career as an Undergraduate Engineer at FMG Engineering and gained additional expertise in bridge and maritime structures during their time at Jacobs. Ash holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil and Infrastructure) with First Class Honours from RMIT University.
