Baker Rickaby

Baker Rickaby, PhD, is an expert in project and programme management, specializing in helping organizations enhance their planning, management, and implementation of change. They have served as a Doctoral Researcher at UCL from 2017 to 2022, while also lecturing and supervising students. With experience as a Research Project Lead at HS2 Ltd and a Project X Associate Fellow at the Infrastructure and Projects Authority, Baker has contributed strategically and operationally across various roles. Currently, they are pursuing a PhD in Project Management and a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering with Surveying at UCL and City, University of London, respectively.
