Bart Ebbink has extensive experience in the fields of mobility, energy, and infrastructure, currently serving as the Head of the Advisory Group for Planning & Strategy in Energy & Infrastructure at Arcadis since August 2007, leading a team of approximately 40 professionals. Ebbink previously held the position of Head of the Advisory Group for Integrated Plans within the Business Area Mobility, overseeing 25 colleagues focused on project management in initial phases of infrastructure projects. Additional roles include project leadership at Nederlandse Spoorwegen and project contributions at the Programmabureau VERDER and the Ministry of Transport and Water Management. Ebbink holds a Master's degree in Planning from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Traffic Engineering from Breda University of Applied Sciences.
