Beth Smith

Beth Smith is a Senior Civil Engineer at Arcadis, where they progressed from a Student Civil Engineer to their current role. They have significant leadership experience as the Chair and Secretary of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) G&S West Wales and Swansea. Beth earned a Master's degree with first class honors in Civil Engineering from Swansea University, where they studied from 2014 to 2019.
