Bibi Bregman is a Project Manager focusing on planning and environmental impact assessments at Arcadis since 2022. They previously led the energy transition and industry team at Arcadis from 2019 to 2026, contributing to various environmental projects. Bibi has also held internship roles in CO2 emission trading systems at the Ministry of VROM and in administrative and competition law at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.
