Cathy Lean

Cathy Lean is the Associate Technical Director at Arcadis, responsible for driving efficient designs and solutions for NSW Electrical Utilities. Previously, they served as a Senior Electrical Engineer and Team Leader at Northrop Consulting Engineers, where they demonstrated strong leadership and mentoring skills. They have extensive experience in electrical design, including significant projects such as the Berry Bypass and Sydney ICC Theatre substations. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sydney and a Diploma of Education in Technology and Applied Science from the University of Newcastle.
