Chonghui Liu

Chonghui Liu, P.E., is a Principal Engineer at Arcadis and the owner of CLEnergy, specializing in energy and mechanical engineering services aimed at enhancing sustainability in the built environment. With 17 years of experience, Chonghui has held various leadership roles including Energy Services Manager at Popli Design Group and IPD Engineering, where they developed and managed energy and commissioning services for numerous projects across diverse sectors. Chonghui's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts from Tianjin University, as well as a Master of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Syracuse University, where they contributed to significant research funded by the US EPA.
