Christopher Waters is an Associate Vice President with extensive experience in project management and engineering. They served as Section Chief in the Planning and Engineering Branch at Washington Aqueduct from 2010 to 2014 and have been a Senior Project Manager at ARCADIS since 2014. Prior to this, they held a similar role at CDM Smith from 1998 to 2010. Christopher earned a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Florida.
