Colin Walker

Colin Walker is an experienced Major Projects Director and Market Sector Director at Arcadis, responsible for managing Contractor relationships across the UK in the Mobility sector. With over 27 years in the civil engineering industry, Colin has contributed to large, complex infrastructure projects both in the UK and abroad, including work in Hong Kong and Vietnam. Colin holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with European Studies from Heriot-Watt University, where they spent their final year at the Technical University of Vienna. Previously, Colin has held senior roles at Halcrow and CH2M, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration throughout their career.
