Cong Liu

Cong Liu is an Associate Director at Arcadis, where they have been employed since 2011, initially joining as a Graduate Project Manager. With experience in both China and the UK, Cong has managed diverse projects and services across several regions, including Spain and Italy. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying from Sichuan University and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Reading. Prior to Arcadis, Cong completed an internship at Jones Lang LaSalle, where they contributed to property price calculations and IPO reporting.
