Daniel Blakey

Daniel Blakey is currently the Global Workforce Planning Director - Mobility at Arcadis, where they leverage nearly a decade of management consulting experience to guide strategic decisions and enhance people functions. Previously, they served as the Global Talent Operations Manager at Partners in Performance, contributing to resource allocation and the development of people strategies across the ANZ and SEA regions. With a robust background in talent acquisition and staffing management, Daniel has successfully led teams in implementing best practices in recruitment and performance management. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Western Australia and recently completed a Leading Continuous Improvement Programme at INSEAD with distinction.
