David Howarth

David Howarth is an experienced professional in the fields of operations and commercial management, currently serving as Operations Director for Rail (interim), Highways, and Aviation at Arcadis since May 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing Local Authority accounts and leading the Highways Consultancy business in the North, managing a team of Cost Consultants, Project Managers, Planners, and Project Control professionals. Prior to Arcadis, David worked at Morgan Sindall from October 2009 to April 2016 in various roles, including Senior Quantity Surveyor and Risk Manager, focusing on subcontract management and commercial assurance for public sector clients. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Loughborough University, awarded in 2009.
