David Sparrow

David Sparrow has extensive experience in the consulting and property sectors, including a pivotal role as Head of Property Sector at EC Harris from January 2003 to January 2006, where engagements ranged from board-level strategies to tactical project delivery on notable projects like Viatel's Fibre Optic Cable Programme. As Chief Executive Officer at EC Harris, David transformed the business from £45 million to over £140 million in turnover while enhancing client relationships and global delivery programs. Since January 2011, David has served as Global Director of the Multi National Client Program at ARCADIS, overseeing revenues exceeding €350 million across diverse sectors, including oil and gas, financial institutions, and automotive. David holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Quantity Surveying from London South Bank University.
