David Stanley

David Stanley is an Area Manager at Arcadis, bringing over 20 years of diverse leadership experience in project management and military operations. Formerly a Commander in the Arkansas Army National Guard, David managed infrastructure resources and supported domestic operations. They founded and led Stanley Engineering, Inc., focusing on civil engineering services, and previously held significant roles at Lemons Engineering Consultants. David holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pensacola Christian College.
