David Ward, GISP, is the Associate Vice President of Infrastructure Planning and Management at ARCADIS, a position held since 2003. They previously served as a Database Analyst at GIS Solutions, Inc. from 2002 to 2003 and as an ArcSDE Administrator for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission between 2000 and 2002. David also participated in the Walt Disney World College Program during 1996-1997, gaining insights into public relations and theme park management. They earned a BA in Environmental Science from Eckerd College, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
