David Waters

David Waters is an Associate Technical Director at Arcadis, based in the Manchester office and part of the Enabling Infrastructure team. With over 20 years of experience in highways and infrastructure design, David has contributed to a variety of projects, leading them from initial site assessment to final construction sign-off. Having worked with organizations such as Freyssinet, AECOM, and Mouchel, David specializes in sustainable drainage and is committed to mentoring junior team members. David holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from The University of Manchester.
