Devon McKaye, CFM, currently serves as a Senior Resilience Planner at Arcadis, where contributions include the development of adaptation strategies for the Town of Nantucket's Coastal Resilience Plan and support for FEMA's BRIC program grant applications. Prior experience includes a role as Coastal Management Specialist at Michael Baker International, involving communication and engagement with diverse stakeholders, GIS-based vulnerability analyses, and the leadership of interdisciplinary teams to create technical communication products. Additional experience encompasses planning assistance for disaster recovery initiatives post-Hurricane Matthew and conducting vulnerability assessments with the National Park Service. Devon holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from Duke University, along with various certifications and additional study in climate change and coastal resilience.
