Dion Bowen

Dion Bowen is an experienced operations manager and project director in civil infrastructure, currently working at Arcadis since May 2018. With a strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams, project delivery, and client relations, Dion has successfully led high-profile projects and navigated complex design and environmental approval processes for major government clients. Previous roles include a fellowship at Roads Australia and various positions at Jacobs, Sinclair Knight Merz, CDI AndersElite, Atkins Rail, and Beca Carter Hollings & Ferner, demonstrating expertise in engineering, business development, and infrastructure project management. Dion holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering Honours in Civil and Structural from the University of Canterbury.
