Dion Roubroeks graduated in energy technology from the Hochschule in Eindhoven. They worked for approximately 10 years as a project engineer at Aviko before transitioning to Uticon, where they served as a project leader and specialized in food and multidisciplinary projects for notable clients such as Danone and Friesland Campina. After 16 years at Uticon, Dion joined Arcadis in 2017, where they launched a new department focused on process design and engineering, serving clients in the food, pharma, feed, and lightweight chemical industries.
