Previously, as a Partner and Director at Waymark Partners, Dwayne developed business units focused on management consulting and AI-driven solutions. Dwayne's earlier roles include leadership positions at Downer Infrastructure Services and VicTrack, where they drove key asset management and compliance programs, significantly enhancing operational efficiencies.
