Ed Flavin

Ed Flavin currently serves as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist and EHS Lead for the Merck IC4 Project at Arcadis, a position held since May 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Health Safety Environment Advisor at Voltalia, supporting the construction of the Lysaghtstown Solar Farm in Ireland. Ed was previously a Leading Hand Construction Worker at NASS Excavations, where responsibilities included managing site processes and documentation for large-scale projects. Additional roles encompass serving as an HSQE Advisor at Coffey Construction, PE Teacher at the Department of Education And Knowledge - ADEK and Pobalscoil Na Trionoide, and Manager at Let's Go Summer Schools. Ed's educational background includes a Higher Distinction in Process Safety from Munster Technological University and an MSc in Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety with First Class Honours from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
