Elizabeth Mitchell currently serves as a Resilience Planner at Arcadis, a position held since January 2023, following an internship in the same field. Prior experience includes a role as a Community-Controlled Funds Student Researcher at Duke University's World Food Policy Center, focusing on equitable food-oriented development, and serving as a Martin County Fellow with Lead for North Carolina, where successful grant-winning efforts were achieved.
