Fernando Pasquel

Fernando Pasquel is a seasoned professional in water resources and stormwater management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and National Director for Stormwater & Watershed Management at ARCADIS U.S. since 2012. With a career spanning several decades, Fernando held positions including Vice President and Water Resources Director for the Eastern U.S. at Michael Baker Corporation from 2001 to 2012, and Vice President and Global Technology Leader for Stormwater and Flood Control Services at CH2M HILL from 1995 to 2001. The career began in the public sector as the Chief of the Watershed Management Division at Prince William County from 1987 to 1995. Fernando earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources from Virginia Tech between 1979 and 1985.
