Fred Lenting

Fred Lenting is a Senior Project Leader and advisor in water engineering at Arcadis, where they have worked since 2011. Specializing in hydraulic structures and maintenance strategies, Fred leads project teams through both design and implementation, emphasizing sustainability and quality management processes. They hold a Master of Science in Hydraulic Structures from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Hogeschool INHOLLAND. Earlier in their career, Fred served as a team leader in terrain technology at Rijksvastgoedbedrijf and as a specialist in the water division at Arcadis.
