Frederick Leung

Frederick Leung is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with six years of experience primarily in Hong Kong, specializing in residential developments. Having relocated to Brisbane, Australia in 2021, Frederick is currently a Senior Cost Manager with the Cost and Commercial Management Team at Arcadis Australia. Previously, Frederick worked at Sino Group as a Quantity Surveyor, where they prepared reports and managed consultant relationships for a major developer. Frederick holds a Master of Construction Practice from Bond University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Surveying from City University of Hong Kong.
