Gary Li is currently a Construction Service Project Manager for HS2 and has extensive experience in civil engineering. Previously, they held positions as Associate Technical Director and Technical Director at Arcadis from 2014 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineer for Warwickshire County Council from 2005 to 2013. Gary earned a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Warwick and a MSc in Concrete Structure from Imperial College London.
