Gary Moore is a Technical Director at Arcadis, bringing a wealth of experience in highway engineering and design management. Their professional journey began as a Graduate Highway Engineer at Scott Wilson, where they developed foundational skills in digital road design and project consultation. Moore has held significant roles, including Highway Package Manager at Halcrow and Highway Team Leader at CH2M, where they coordinated complex infrastructure projects and cultivated client relationships. They gained recognition for technical excellence during their tenure with Aurecon, where they became the first highway engineer to join the Aurecon Design Academy. Moore continues to support the development of junior engineers in the UK.
