Gemma C. is currently a Technical Director in Planning and Environment at Arcadis, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, Gemma worked as a Senior Planning Manager at Antler Homes Plc and held various positions, including Associate Planner at Barton Willmore and Planning Lead for the A40 Major Infrastructure Programme at Oxfordshire County Council.
