Heather Brown currently serves as the National Technical Manager for Environment in the Power Sector at Arcadis since November 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Project Officer with the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks, and as a Senior Environmental Scientist at Ontario Power Generation. Heather has also held significant positions at Hydro One, including Environmental Planner, Director of Hydroelectric Business Development, and Sr. Manager of Environmental Operations Support for Renewable Generation. Additional experience includes serving as VP for Environment, Health, and Safety at Ontario Power Generation and a Director role in Environment Health Safety for Renewable Generation. Heather holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Environmental Science, both from the University of Guelph.
