Herbert Floor

Herbert Floor has extensive experience in project management, quality management, and technical coordination within the construction and infrastructure sectors. At Arcadis from 2011 to 2015, Herbert led a team of execution supervisors and managed quality assessment across various projects, including design and execution guidance for infrastructure works. Roles included technical management for RWS and provincial projects, leading external audits on contractor projects for ProRail and Rijkswaterstaat, and serving as a civil inspector for multiple tunnels. In recent positions, Herbert has coordinated audits, managed quality systems, and contributed to security management within railways at RIGD-LOXIA. Educational background includes a degree in Building Supervisor Drawing from BNA VTS and studies in Tropical Agriculture and Rural Planning at HLS Deventer.
