James Izzard

James Izzard is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Cost Management. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Director at Arcadis since 2018, they focus on property and investment, particularly in residential partnerships and regenerations. Prior to this, James held various roles, including Senior Project Surveyor at Willmott Dixon from 2001 to 2015, where they advanced from Management Trainee to lead surveying responsibilities. James also worked as Commercial Manager at Be Living Ltd from 2017 to 2018 and as Associate Director at Arcadis from 2015 to 2017. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Westminster in 2005.
