Jeff Weisner

Jeff Weisner, ENV SP, is a seasoned environmental planning professional with extensive experience in NEPA and permitting management. Currently serving as the Design Build NEPA and Permitting Manager at Arcadis since March 2024, Jeff has previously held key roles including Environmental Services Director at ATCS, P.L.C., Senior Environmental Planning Manager at WSP, and Director of Planning and Project Development for the Carolinas & Tennessee at AECOM. Jeff’s career spans over two decades, with significant positions at URS Corporation and Parsons Brinckerhoff, focusing on various aspects of environmental planning and airport environmental management. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Tampa.
