Jim Rezba

Jim Rezba is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the heavy construction industry, focusing on wastewater collection and treatment facilities. Currently a Principal Construction Manager at Arcadis since March 2019, they have also held positions at HDR, Parsons, and Jacobs Engineering, among others. Jim is skilled in the administration of construction contracts and has expertise in technical management, project engineering, and diverse construction methodologies, including trenchless technologies. They have international experience in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, understanding the cultural sensitivities of these regions while effectively leading diverse teams toward successful project outcomes. Jim holds a BS in Mining Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
