John Butkus

John Butkus is a seasoned Program Director with over 40 years of experience in design, construction, and project management. They are a licensed architect in Connecticut and New Hampshire and have previously served as the Director of Campus Planning & Design at Fairfield University and as Executive Director of Operations for Bridgeport Public Schools. Since June 2010, John has led the Hartford School Construction Program at ARCADIS/O&G Program Management, overseeing projects totaling over $790 million. They are also involved in several professional organizations, including serving as Co-chair of Government Affairs for the Connecticut Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology from the New York Institute of Technology.
