Jonathan Daniel Lowrey

Jonathan Daniel Lowrey is an environmental planning professional with extensive experience in archaeology and cultural resource management. They have worked as an Environmental Lead and Archaeology Discipline Lead at AECOM from 2018 to 2019, and served as a Senior Environmental Planner at Jacobs from 2019 to 2025. Lowrey's earlier roles include Principal Investigator at TerraXplorations, Inc., where they managed archaeological field investigations and client relationships. They hold a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Troy University. Currently, Lowrey is the Sr. NEPA Alternative Delivery Manager at Arcadis, a position they began in 2025.
