Kelly Patrick, P.E., PTOE, earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2001. They began their career as a Transportation Engineer at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. from 2001 to 2009, and later held similar positions at Foresite Group and Cobb County Department of Transportation until 2023. Currently, Kelly serves as a Senior Transportation Engineer at Arcadis, starting in 2024.
